The team at Pest Detective did a great job last year dealing with carpenter ants and the warranty coverage follow up this spring was exceptional. They work effectively and are very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I ran into an ant problem a couple of days ago. I called Pest Detective" because of their high rating on Google and I was not disappointed. The fellow who came out was very knowledgeable and really thorough. He found ant nests that even I had missed around the outside of the house. The problem was solved immediately! There is no question that I will call them again next year if this problem returns. You can't really ask for more than these folks delivered! Top notch job in my books!"

When we discovered a skunk problem under our deck, we contacted a couple of wildlife control companies. Shane at Tracks was highly rated online and we discovered it was for a good reason. Shane came to take a look, assessed the situation, and provided an estimate that was significantly better than the competition.Shane dug a trench around the perimeter of the deck and installed heavy gauge galvanized screen -- a material much better than chicken wire. He also installed a one-way door in case any critters were left under the deck that needed to make an exit. The job was done in a day, and he didn't leave before checking in with us and letting us know about the work he did. His worksite was clean and tidy after he left -- in even better shape than before. He also called a few days later and returned to double-check his work and remove the one-way door. Before, during, and after the job, we appreciated the communication. I wouldn't call anyone else for my next wildlife issue.

*Edit - Blaming the Customer is not the correct approach to solving issues. Also, the company seems to not understand what security cameras are and the information they can offer. Better for them to direct energy in addressing problems then being keyboard warriors post-service when they have been paid in full*Shocked and Frustrated. I can not voice enough how frustrated I am. They are very bad to work with and any landlord should avoid them all together. The service for my 5 bedroom bungalow cost me $1800 for bed bugs. I have 3 renters in the house. This company only accepted up front payment and said they would guarantee the treatment for 100 days. The first treatment was completed and the second was done with three days notice. One of the renters was out of the country doing their job and was unable to complete their check list" items to prepare. The company came in
